FW-6630(DMD) series:
FW-6630 (DMD), FW-6630A (DMD)
FW-6630(DMD) and FW-6630A(DMD) are polyester film/ polyester fiber non-woven fabric flexible laminate (DMD). It is a three-layer flexible laminate in which polyester fiber non-woven fabric (D) is bonded to the two side of polyester film (M). Heat resistance is Class B.
Properties: FW-6630(DMD) shows excellent electric insulating properties, heat resistance, and mechanical strength and impregnated properties.
Applications:It is suitable for slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in Y-series electrical motors and electric apparatus. 6630 (DMD) is suitable for the insulating process of automatic inserting slot. 6630A (DMD) is more flexible than 6630 (DMD), it is suitable for the process of hand-work inserting slot.

FW-6631 (DMDM) series:
FW-6631(DMDM), FW-6632(DM)
FW-6631(DMDM) series is polyester film/ polyester fibre non-woven fabric flexible laminate which are made from polyester fibre non-woven fabric (D) and polyester film (M). Heat resistances are Class B.
Properties: FW-6631(DMDM) series shows excellent mechanical strength, electrical properties and adhesiveness. FW-6632 (DM) is the substitute of 6631.
Applications: It is suitable for electrical machines as slot insulation, phase, and turn and liner insulation.

FW-6641(F-DMD):
FW-6641 (F-DMD) Polyester film/ polyester fibre Non-woven fabric flexible laminate is made from high melting point polyester film and hot-rolling polyester non-woven fabric. The polyester film and polyester non-woven fabric are bonded by F-class adhesive. It has been approved by UL certification. Heat resistance is Class F.
Properties: FW-6641(F-DMD) has excellent heat-resistance, electrical, mechanical and impregnated properties.
Applications: It is suitable for slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in Class F electric motors and electric apparatus.

FW-6643(DMD 100):
FW-6643 (DMD 100) is constructed with one layer of high melting point polyester film and two layers of hot-rolling polyester non-woven fabric coated with F-class resin. The material is about 100% saturated with 15g/m2 _30g/m2 resin on surface. Heat resistance is Class F.
Properties: FW-6643 (DMD 100) shows excellent heat resistance, electrical and mechanical properties. Smooth surface, suitable for automatic insertion in electrical motor production.
Applications: It� suitable for slot insulation, phase insulation and liner insulation in Class F electric motors and electric apparatus.
