FW-241
Polyimide Film Thermosetting and
Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Tape
FW-241 is made from polyimide film painted with F
grade thermosetting and pressure-sensitive
adhesive on single surface.

Properties and Applications: FW-241 can be
thermosetting at temperature of 170-180°C for 3-4
hours. It can be used for H grade insulation of
electrical equipment and cable.

FW-6251
Polyimide Film F46 Adhesive Tape
FW-6251 is made from polyimide film painted with F
grade adhesive on single surface or double
surfaces and cut after drying.

Properties and Applications: FW-6251 applies to
insulation material for electrical wire winding and
banding tape for electric motor, traction motor, and
other high grade insulation, which is molded
through melting at the temperature of 350 -380 °C
for half a minute.

Kapton Polyimide Tape
Kapton polyimide tape is known as high
temperature tape or polyimide tape. It is made of
polyimide film with heat resistant silicone adhesive
to with stand temperature up to 260°C (500 °F).
Technical Specification: similar as Du pont? Kapton
Adhesive Silicone Resin.

Properties: Excellent chemical and radiation
resistance, can remove cleanly without leaving an
adhesive residue after processing, excellent
physical and electrical properties over a wide range
of temperature from －269°C(－452°F) to 260°C
(500°F).

Application:
This tape can be used as a gold finger mask of printed circuit boards during wave soldering. It also can use in flexible circuitry, as good insulation material for traction motor, transformer, cable, and capacitor and as bar code labels on the PCB.

PVC Electrical Insulating Adhesive Tape
PVC electrical tape composed of PVC soft film and based
PSA rubber characterized by excellent insulation, good
flame retardant and excelled resistance to voltage and
low temperature.

Properties: strong adhesion, resistant to flame,
Moisture-resistant, waterproof, and plays a very strong
anti-acid, Anti-base role.
Application:
It is suitable for electric insulation, wire harness,
degaussing coils spooling etc., as insulation material for electrical wires and cables.

PVC Flame Retardant Adhesive Tape
PVC Flame Retardant Adhesive Tape is made from flame
retardant rubber PSA and PVC flame retardant film which
has excellent property of preventing flame burning and
others aid flame resisting materials. It has especially high
flame retardant.
