Phenolic Paper Laminated sheet

Phenolic paper laminated sheet are made of electric insulating kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin by processing under heat and pressure.

Applications: Heat resistance, class E. Widely range of applications, for examples: suitable for using as insulating structural parts of machinery and electric equipments, such as electric generators, motors, switch board, etc.

Sheet FW-3020:
Ref: ISO-1642/ UNE-53189Part1/ IEC-PFCP202/DIN-7735-HP-2061.5/ JIS-PL-PEM/ NEMA-XX
Properties: Excellent dielectric properties when submerged in oil, excellent mechanical properties for general industrial applications
Applications: All applications with high or low tension in a dry environment or submerged in mineral oil.

Sheets FW-3021series:
Properties: Medium hygrometric sensitivity, Medium dielectric properties, Good mechanical properties.
Applications: All usual applications with high or low tension within a dry environment or submerged in mineral oil. Control panel plates and finished components for the electromechanical industry.

Sheet FW-3021

Sheet FW-3021-B is similar as Type FW-3021. But its some characteristics are lower than that of Type FW-3021.
